WHO WE ARE

Joedila Investments CC is a Namibian petroleum trading company founded by Josef Kadila in 2012. The company holds all necessary licenses for petroleum trading, license no: W/226/2018. In addition, Joedila Investments CC has licenses and rich land areas for the extraction of diamonds, precious stones and rare minerals. Joedila Investments CC has clients all over the African continent. In 2025, the development of a state-of-the-art crude oil refinery in Walvis Bay will start. This will be the largest industrial project in Namibia's history and a milestone for Namibia with self-produced petroleum products for its own consumption and for export to neighboring countries.

The state-of-the-art oil refinery is a modular unit with a total production capacity of 100,000bpd. Modular crude oil refineries offer several key advantages:

• Lower investment costs compared to traditional large-scale refineries.
  
• Shorter construction and commissioning times, enabling faster deployment.
  
• Flexibility in sizing to match local demand.
  
• Ability to be installed in remote locations closer to oil production sites, which reduces transportation costs.
  
• Scalability and potential for future relocation or expansion as needed.
  
• Improved efficiency and quality control through off-site modular fabrication.
  
• Lower operating costs and reduced environmental impact compared to conventional refineries.

The construction of the crude oil refinery involves foreign technological expertise and will also provide significant ripple effects to Namibian companies. This project will provide Namibian companies with valuable experience in oil and gas technical constructions and help build a national oil-related engineering and service industry.
